By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using services provided by Loren Ashley Skin Clinic, you agree to the following terms:

Treatments & Results

All treatments and skincare recommendations are tailored to the individual; however, results can vary depending on factors including skin condition, lifestyle, health, and adherence to home care advice. No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.

Consultations & Suitability

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history and notifying us of any changes to medications, health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or contraindications prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment where clinically appropriate or where treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request adequate notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.

Pricing

All pricing is listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and is subject to change without notice.

Retail Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Liability

While all care is taken to provide treatments safely and professionally, Loren Ashley Skin Clinic is not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes where aftercare instructions are not followed, relevant medical information has not been disclosed, or products/treatments are used outside of professional guidance.

Gift Cards & Packages

Gift vouchers, prepaid packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by New Zealand law.

Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and managed in accordance with New Zealand privacy legislation. Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective treatments, communication, and clinic administration.

All website content, branding, imagery, text, and educational material remain the intellectual property of Loren Ashley Skin Clinic and may not be reproduced without permission.
